CRD is a community based non-profit 501(c)3 community development corporation. The primary goal of CRD is long-term, comprehensive youth, community, and economic development. CRD was incorporated in 1997, and is governed by a nine-person Board made up of local residents, business leaders, and representatives of local units of government and other community-based organizations. The mission of CRD is to promote a community with affordable housing, community driven development, economic and environmental solutions, and youth development.
